What the work actually looks like
Early starts, real days
Most days start early and finish in the afternoon. It's outdoor work, so summers are hot and you'll be on your feet.
Homes and storefronts
You'll clean glass, frames, tracks, sills and screens on houses, and storefronts on commercial routes.
Right tools, done safely
Water-fed poles for upper floors, so you're on the ground more often than on a ladder. You're also the face of the company at every stop.
We hire on character first
The skill part takes a couple of weeks to learn. The rest can't be taught.
