Grow From Apprentice to Lead Technician
Each level helps you build skill, confidence, and professionalism while giving you a clear path for advancement.
Level 1: Apprentice Technician
Your journey starts here. As an Apprentice, you'll learn the fundamentals of professional window cleaning while working alongside experienced technicians who are committed to helping you succeed.
You'll learn- Safe ladder and equipment practices
- Professional customer service
- Proper care of customers' homes and property
- Window cleaning tools and techniques
- Company systems and expectations
Once you've demonstrated proficiency, you'll earn your Level 1 certification and begin advancing to the next stage.
Level 2: Certified Technician
At this level, you'll become proficient in the core skills of residential window cleaning and begin working with greater independence.
You'll master- Interior and exterior window cleaning
- Professional squeegee techniques
- Track, frame, sill, and screen cleaning
- Water-fed pole systems
- Jobsite quality control
- Customer communication
This is where you'll build the confidence and consistency needed to perform at a professional level every day.
Level 3: Senior Technician
As a Senior Technician, you'll tackle more advanced projects while helping newer team members develop their skills.
You'll receive training in- Specialty and difficult-access windows
- Storm window cleaning
- Post-construction cleaning
- Pure water system troubleshooting
- Problem solving in the field
- Coaching and mentoring apprentices
This level prepares you to become a trusted leader on the team.
Level 4: Lead Technician
Lead Technicians set the standard for excellence at Clearly Windows.
In this role, you'll- Lead crews on residential projects
- Ensure every job meets company standards
- Mentor and develop technicians
- Communicate with customers
- Solve challenges in the field
- Help shape the next generation of Clearly Windows professionals
