These terms apply to your use of clearlywindowsmurfreesboro.com and to window cleaning services provided by Clearly Windows LLC, operating as Clearly Windows Murfreesboro (“we,” “us” or “our”). By using this site, requesting a quote, or booking service, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and estimates

Quotes are free and carry no obligation. A quote is based on the information you give us about the property — window count, stories, access and condition. If conditions at the property differ materially from what was described, we will tell you before starting and give you a revised price to approve. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless we state otherwise.

Scheduling and cancellation

We schedule by appointment and will confirm your date in advance. Weather may require rescheduling for safety and for quality of results; we will contact you to arrange a new date at no charge. Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Access and property condition

To do the work we need safe access to the exterior and, for interior cleaning, to the rooms involved. Please let us know about pets, alarm systems, delicate landscaping, damaged screens or already-cracked glass before we begin. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, failed seals, hard-water mineral etching, paint or construction residue that cannot be removed without risk to the glass, or damage arising from defective windows or frames disclosed or discoverable at the time of service.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our work, tell us within 7 days of service and we will return to correct it at no additional charge.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Commercial accounts on a recurring schedule may be invoiced. We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice. Returned payments may be subject to a fee.

Insurance

We carry business liability insurance. A certificate of insurance is available on request.

Data Sharing

• Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
• Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

1. The messaging program consists of general conversational messaging to answer questions and provide support to customers, promotional offers or discounts, any promotion of your products/services.

After you send the SMS message 'STOP' to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Rutherford County, Tennessee.
